Shipping
Processing times typically range from 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Sweden: 5–10 business days
- European Union: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays or customs processing.

Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we can only accept returns on items that remain unopened, unused and in their original condition.
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Original packaging must remain intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
