How do I choose the right shade?
Choose the shade closest to your mid-lengths and ends for the most seamless blend. Our four curated collections — Dark Temptation, Mocha Muse, Golden Hour and Champagne Blonde — are designed to simplify the selection process while maintaining a luxurious finish.
What does double drawn quality mean?
Double drawn hair means the shorter strands are carefully reduced, creating a fuller and more even appearance throughout the length of the extensions.
How long do AIRE extensions last?
With proper care, AIRE extensions are designed to last approximately 12–14 months. Longevity depends on how often they are worn, styled, washed and maintained.
Can I use heat tools?
Yes. Heat tools can be used, but we always recommend applying heat protection and using a lower to medium temperature to help preserve the softness and quality of the hair.
How should I wash and care for them?
Wash gently using sulfate-free products, avoid over-washing and brush carefully from the ends upward. Let the hair air dry when possible and store it safely when not in use.
Can I dye or tone the extensions?
We do not recommend bleaching or lightening the hair, as this may affect the quality. If you wish to tone or darken the extensions, we recommend consulting a professional stylist.
Do you offer returns?
For hygiene reasons, hair extensions must remain unused, unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for return. Full details can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return extensions after opening them?
Due to hygiene standards, opened or used hair extensions cannot be returned. We recommend checking the shade and product details carefully before opening the packaging.
